Client: St. Werburgh's Primary School
Project: New Classroom Building , Spondon, Derbyshire
A contemporary style building constructed to a high specification comprising a structure of tubular steelwork supporting feature ‘Glulam’ timber beams.
An extension to a 'live' school which required careful coordination and planning of the works to ensure the safety of the staff and pupils was maintained during the works and especially during the break through works into the existing building.
The new facility provided the staff and pupils with much needed additional space and an enclosed and part sheltered playground.
