Refurbishment and structural modifications to convert and change the use of existing school buildings into the Nursery Block including, the stripping out of existing fixtures and fittings and the complete modernisation of the building to bring all facilities up to current standards for use as a nursery.
The works also included the provision of new toilet and kitchen facilities and a new external covered walkway.
All works completed on a tight schedule over school holidays to allow the nursery to open at the beginning of the following term.
Other completed projects include:-
Refurbishment of both boys and girls dormitories, including showers and toilets. All works were undertaken during term time.
Conversion and modifications of the existing halls and stores into a new Drama Room facility.
Complete refurbishment and modernisation of three of the on-site staff residence houses and blocks.
The majority of works were completed within very tight timescales to coincide with non- term time periods.
