Feature glazed entrance screens with canopies were provided to front entrances with adjacent warehouse accessed by sectional overhead doors.
The development fell within part of the 'Advantage West Midlands' initiative for re-development of brown field sites and includes the remediation of contaminated soils present on the site before the works could commence.
