Construction of 2 industrial buildings split into 8 individual units including the construction of high specification offices constructed, on selected units, on a mezzanine floor.
Ground improvement methods were adopted utilising vibro stone columns to overcome the unstable substrata.
Panoramic sectional overhead doors were used on some of the units to allow natural light to flood into the units and a combination of composite and built up systems of wall cladding were used to provide a dimension to the appearance of the building.
The project was completed under budget and completes the development of the business park.
