Construction of a 3000 ft² warehouse extension under a design and build contract.
The warehouse extension was constructed whilst the bakery remained in production and an air tight screen was erected to ensure their quality control systems were unaffected.
The contract also included the internal fit-out of electrical and mechanical services and food safe hygienic linings.
This was carried out on a fast track programme of 16 weeks and was completed ahead of schedule.
